We accept Visa and  Mastercard through our on line shopping cart.  You may also place an order by phone, using a credit card or by mailing us a check. Your credit card will be pre-approved when you place your order, and charged once the order ships.  We do not accept cash or COD's. When paying by personal check, your order will not be shipped until check has cleared (about 5 business days).  A packing slip will be sent with your purchases.

 

Orders may be canceled prior to shipping by calling The Lilac Lily or sending an email to orders@thelilaclily.com.  There is no charge when you cancel an order.

Woolygram orders are charged at the time the order is placed, and are non-refundable.

Orders of in-stock items generally ship within 48 hours.  Orders of out-of-stock items generally ship within  five to ten business days.  We will send you an email when your item ships.

We use both the US Postal Service and UPS to ship orders.  Shipping charges for items shipped within the United States are based on the dollar amount of your order:

Orders shipped outside of the United States are charged based on the weight of the order.  The shipping charges will be the amount we are charged to ship the order to you.

We make every effort for yarn colors to be as true as possible on our website, but variations in monitors, colors, etc. means that the actual yarn colors may appear differently than on the web site.
