Cancellation/Refund/ Exchange Policy

Orders (except Woolygrams) may be cancelled anytime prior to shipping by calling The Lilac Lily (207-244-3353) or sending an email to orders@thelilaclily.com.  There is no charge when you cancel an order.  Woolygram orders are charged at the time the order is placed, and are non-refundable.

All returns must be authorized in advanced by calling The Lilac Lily. Returns may be made within 30 days of purchase with no returns on books, patterns, needles and closeout yarns. All items must be returned, unused in the original packaging. For your protection, we suggest you send returns by insured mail. Credits will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or if original payment was by check we will refund payment by check. Shipping charges are not refundable.
